Well Merry Mother Fucking Christmas to all of my Buckeye Brothers and Sisters. That’s right bitches, football season is upon us. Let us bow our heads in prayer……
Dear sweet baby jesus, laying in manger with your little sweater vest on, thank you for bringing another season of football to us. And to our sweet 6lb 8oz dear baby jesus, while it has seemed like an eternity since the end of last season, we know that you give us that down time to recoup, study film, and prepare for the following season, and to spend time with our loved ones that we won’t see much of for the next 5 1/2 months. Dear teenage jesus, wearing a “I Love Fatguysports.com” T-shirt and rockin’ a “Pray hard or Go Home” hat, please watch over our beloved buckeyes and forgive them for the pain they will deliver this season. We ask all of these things in your name, dear sweet Buckeye Jesus…..Amen!

Ohio State Rocks!
To those that don’t know, you better ask somebody. O-H-I-O is off the fucking hook! The OSU Undie Run event was a huge success. I don’t know what kind of poundage they raised, as far as clothes for the homeless goes. But there was a lot of nearly naked people running around. And when is that ever a bad thing? Buckeye Nation can give any college a run for the money when it comes to hotties. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many hot chicks gathered in one place. It was like a hot chick heaven. What an awesome night!
We only had time to get roughly 100 shirts printed up. And dude, those things were gone in like 5 min! If you didn’t get a shirt, no worries. We will have them available for sale by Monday afternoon.
To all the gorgeous and incredibly sexy ladies, I NEED you to be Locker Room Hotties. Seriously, I feel guilty for not having time to take pictures of all of you. What’s wrong with tOSU?….NOTHING!
NOTHING?…Ok, maybe not “nothing”, but ts not as bad as Miss Herbstreit is making it out to be today (on ESPN), either! Nor is it time to BENCH Pryor!
Vest Tressel might not be quite the Coach he was made out to be earlier in his career, perhaps more suited to the old time game than the newer versions? How do you take ANY kid who is 6’4″ 240 and runs a 4.3 forty,..and NOT get him to play better than this kid has so far??? I guess I’m siding with the scores of fans who are upset with Tressyball, as it applies to this years team, specifically. Tress should be aware of his shortcomings from a year ago, and maybe get the 2009 offense to cater to Pryors’ ability! Really, some of this is Pryor NOT being as good as the hype-machine “said” he’d be (or “was”), and part of this has to be Vest-man NOT adapting.
In Pryor’s “defense”, didn’t he play Div III Football in Pennsylvania? Not that there is ANY THING wrong wit hDIV III Football….nothing! Its just, he went from being a gawd in DIV III to playing in a BIG STAGE!….Maybea conference that was down, bt still a big stage (Program). Think about what a DIV III Coach will/aould do with a beast of a kid like T-Pry!….yeah, he knows there are huge mis-matches at that level when you have a shtud like Pryor going up against those teams. Not to take away ANYTHING from Pryors ability, and I understand he only rode the hype-machine (he didn’t write it!). Still, how many kids with his size and speed would be this average; at this level? Tressy is either wasting this kid, or he’s not that good?…or, maybe he can’t mentally absorb the plays?
WHAT IS IT???…and what will/can be done?…..yeah, nothing!…Tressel has a lot of built up credits in Columbus, so….deal with it and go. Still, fans are gonna vent,…but like we’ve seen in Cincinnati for 20 years, it doesn’t matter!
My opinion is, the only thing wrong with OSU is they lost a game they should have won. Nothing more. Think how USCw fans feel most years!, when they lose to a bad PAC10 team nearly every year. OSU will win this game today, and all those excited fans will feel a whole lot better!…..Then they’ll beat Iowa and Penn State and talk about how they should be in the Title game again!
Its Pryor’s turn now??
Tim Tebow will NOT be an NFL QB!…Its been said, and said and, to a large degree, ENJOYED by millions of fans who hate either the Gators, or the kid himself. Like pigs rolling in sh.t, I’ve heard and been told directly that many “In the Know” Football “people” had/have discounted the Florida QB’s chances of turning Pro, AND being a Quarterback (in the NFL).
Double “T” has lived with this kind of press for about 4 years now, and has done pretty well anyway. He’ll never, of course, do enUFf for ALL those ”kind” of fans, but!; He was a decent part of the ’06 Champions team, won a Heisman in ’07, then directed/led his team to a 2nd Natty Title (in 3 years) as a Junior ’08(a true Junior, at that!). Each year he was met with great media hype, but also great media gripe too! He’s marked by some outstanding defensive player, in nearly every game he’s played since 2007-usually for nothing more than “who” he is. He’s never disrespected another player, or talked up the smack. He’s never been arrested, or suspected of cheating in the classroom, or even gotten a parking ticket. He gives more of his time in a month, than anyone discrediting him will in 10 years (on average) STILL, he’s hated and marked for death (so to speak)….Yet until one of his own Line-mans knee went crashing into the back of his head (in the UK game) he generally made it out OK in every game (He did break his hand against F$U in 2007, but played out thru the Bowl game anyway). Each year Tebow has done,…OK, for himself, despite the Hate Nation!
NOW, following the unlikely loss by the Terrelle Pryor led Buckeyes, to lowly Purdue!….Mr Pryor is finally facing some critics of his own. Coach Vesty Tressy is too, it seems. Pryors High School Coach, Ray Reitz has taken a few passing shots at Columbus and Mr Vest recently, going as far as to say Pryor would be doing better had he gone to Michigan!…..Can you almost HEAR Richie Rodsmiling from here? Now, Pryor and OSU are far from dead, and I still bet he has a lot of good days ahead of him….BUT, the chatter now among the “experts” is that Pryor projects as a WR, not an NFL QB…..Funny to see how the Tebow haters, and Pryor lovers are going to sound off about this, latest twist of irony. y’all cursed him!
Bucknutts shouldn’t take this as a blast on them, Pryor OR Tressy!…No,…more like this is the same GOING, as it was COMING!..There’s no sense of “happy” over here, only pointing out what’s topical these days!
LET HIM PLAY!….time for NCAA to do the right thing here
Dez Bryant, wr extraordinaire for the OSU Cowboys has glorifiedly (its a word, just trust me) been declared ineligible by the OSU athletic dept. brass. The NCAA did not declare him suspended or rule him out for the year, yet, but they need to move in and clear him to play now. Not because he’s a star player. Actually, because he’s a star or not shouldn’t enter the picture, though you know it does and will. As a player, and a good one, he’ll be fine whether he plays again this year or not. He’s a BETTER College wr than Mr NFL “Hold-Out” dude M-Crab” was, and probably will be a better Pro. Bryant is a lock first rounder in the April draft without ever playing another down, BUT!….he should play, if that is his intention.
In today’s NCAA, those players who are lock picks (with or without the 2-3 mil insurance policies) and NOT on teams heading for a National Title birth, might be listening to writer’s, family members, and scum bag agents (only because they ARE talking to them right now) about just hanging it up and not risking injury (anyone recall what Andre Smith did before the Sugar Bowl last year?). In Dez Bryant’s case, they (OSU) started off the season with great promise only to get punched in the face by the reality train; aka- a couple losses. Today they are out looking in; at least as far as the National Title picture is concerned, and Mr Bryant is already pondering life as a multi-millionaire…..Suddenly it seems like the CarQuest Bowl might not be all that important anymore (not that “they” or “he” is going to that Bowl game, but you get the idea). There are only a few freak injuries, these days, that will zap an NFL career away from a kid, but that “fear” could be enUFf in some cases. Tim Tebow’s concussion will be a big story heading into the Draft next April, and he’s not even projected as a 1st rounder…..yeah, yeah, yeah, and most don’t see him going in the first day (but he will). Still, if, or “when”, Okly State loses its next game, how much more will Bryant want to play. As a kid, he himself may want to play, but those looking to cash him into NFL money probably will not….or at least they’ll cringe anytime he gets hit/tackled. This mentality will be bad for the College game, as more athletes either fake out an injury, over-extend the real one they just got (like it was reported Mr Ginn and his father did in the National title game, in 2007) or commit a low-level “School infraction” and be “forced” to miss the last few games?? Its not a rampant problem NOW, but there could be a trend starting….then again, there can only ever be a hand-ful or so facing this decision every year.
All that conjecture aside, The NCAA needs to step up and release this kid to play. He was adequately disciplined by having sat out a random game, and he has followed that up with a letter to the NCAA where he apologized. He didn’t punch a dude in the face after a horrific loss, he didn’t steal, nor did he due harm to ANYone here. His visit was even approved back when it happened. The “kid” just got nervous, and resorted to an immature act of lying. Fine, sit him out one game, even two if you wanna be a hard ass, but let him finish the year – and be happy he still wants to!

The men of Troy invade Home Buckeye! EVERYTHING is on the line, for the Buckeyes and the BIG1(1)0! Terrell Pryor’s legend is made today, in this one as the Buckeyes take out their years of strain against the Frosh QB and re-tooled PAC10 defense. Prediction, Bucknutts 23 – USCw 17
WHY?…..WHY NOT?!?! The game against Navy was just an abberation, for one. And I dont buy into that “Ohh, but they run a unique offense” crap. Bullshtyie. It was game one, you should have been ready, They were just BORED!…it happens, get over it. Quality Football teams have these moments. You hold on to win, and you ALWAYS play better your next game! Proof?, just LISTEN TO THE SPEECH! The stUFf works. You know they will be coming out with pride and fire in this one, so just BOOK IT. The Frosh QB (Matt Blarkley) for the Trojans will falter, and they will have trouble getting scores today. Its nothing against him, he sure has the look of a great great QB, but as a Frosh in this environment, I just can’t see it happening. He may go on to to be one of the best passers in this game, and will certainly take home a closet full of hardware before he leaves (after his Junior season)…still, this will be a learning experience, not a win!;… and ooooh what a set up in N(h)appy Valley this will make for!!!!
So go ahead, jog on with your bad self!….you just KNOW she’s listening to the game.
