It’s time for a new unwritten rule.
And that unwritten rule is this: Bunting during a no-hit bid can no longer be considered a violation of an unwritten rule.
Verlander fielded the ball cleanly, but threw way wide of first base. An error was generously called by the Comerica Park scorer, keeping Verlander’s no-hitter intact.
Hey Verlander, if you’re gonna cry like a bitch, you need to be squatting when you piss. Seriously, this is baseball! Nobody gives a shit about your no-hitter in the 8th inning. It’s a 3-2 game and Aybar is trying to help his team win. You can call it bush league all you want, but I thinks it’s “bitch” league when you get pissed off because a guy won’t just stand there and let you strike him out. Too bad you made a bunch of noise only to give up a hit later in the inning!
