How does this chick even have 3 kids to give pot to?

MADISONVILLE, OH (FOX19) - A Madisonville mother is facing charges after police say she gave marijuana to her three children.
Valerie Cecil, 25, is charged with three counts of corrupting another with drugs.
According to the arrest report, Cecil gave marijuana to her children, ages 7, 4, and 1, in September, but she was just arrested on Wednesday.
Cecil was arraigned on Thursday morning. She is out of jail on her own recognizance and any contact she has with her children must be supervised by Hamilton County Job and Family Services.
This is the second case Hamilton County has seen in recent months involving a mother giving her child marijuana. Last month, police arrested a Springfield Township mother for teaching her 2-year-old daughter how to smoke pot and recording video of it on her cell phone.
Wow, another story of kids ratting out their parents. what the hell is wrong with kids today? It’s like you can’t even shoot them with BB guns and get them high anymore without one of them going Machine Gun Kelly on you and ratting you out to the feds. Ungreatful kids these days! I think the bigger news story here is that someone has nailed this chick 3 times. Like how bad does your life suck, that you could look at this chick and be turned on? This chick just looks too beat up. Like it could be 2:30a.m., the bars closing and she’s sitting there all alone, and you notice her as you walk by and you’re like…Fuck that, I’ll just go home and beat it by myself. They should find the 3 guys that nailed this chick and charge them with beastiality. Because lets be honest, this chicks a beast.
