Sound about right?….Well, not to the water-cooler gang in Cincy who have playoff visions dancing in their heads! WHY?, probably because Mikey Brown is such a shrewd business manowner, I’d guess. Certainly it can’t be much fact-based hope!…”OH, but Keith Rivers will be back, and we drafted well this April!”….ooooh, well, how could Fox Sports and I BOTH miss that news infusion!?!?…I hear Andre Smith won’t likely be signed until September one!..typical Mikey Brown!
Oakland, Cleveland (yeah!), St Louis and Detroit are listed (by FOX Sports) below (-me,…”giggity“) the Bungles…..THE SCHEDULE is favorable, you’d think, but 8-8 is (at this point) the most probable finish. How is it Mikey Brown is soooo hated in this town, yet EVERY year there’s this gapping sense that he’s turning it around THIS time!??! He’s a baffoon! Why are the BUNGLE-faithful so easily duped? SOP (Son of Paul) is to running a productive franchise, what ”The View” is to quality programming. I’m all for being optimistic, and I hope Fox Sports and I are wrong here,…I mean, after all…Fox SPORTS has been wrong before!

While I may crack on the Bengals on our site, I’m also a loyal diehard fan, and unfortunately in love with the “love/hate” relationship with the Bengals.
All I know, is football season can’t come fast enough, no matter how they finish up!

Yes, I largely agree with that, however, there’s nothing “fan”-wrong with being a realist either! You can believe all you want that bashing your head against a brick wall WONT hurt, but it will. It doesn’t make you tUFfer if you ‘think” it wont.
Watching the bengles and bashing your head into a brick wall are nearly snyonymous. Expecting better is “being” a fan…though actually being stupid to the point where for 19 straight years you’ve bought into the dead-air?….NOT!
A fan is a fan,..sometimes you dont get to “pick” your team, it/they picks you. Supporting you team, and not jumping off during tUFf times is a strong characteristic….still, there’s something dreadful about being a Bungle fan…..and yes, I’d obvioulsy love to see them winning, but can’t see evidence of any SOP commitment to that goal…..I’d also rather they dumped that assface Chud, but again, “SOP”!!
