…per the “Vegas” Opening line, anyway!….

USAToday had a good write up about the POTENTIAL Reds starting pitching, and the POSSIBILITY of the starting 5 being an envious group. AND!,..in THEORY, they have a mentionable point!..still, I think .500 is as good as they’ll get, with the possibility of a +/- two or three game swing. However!,…if that pitching promise materializes,…AND the hitting is there to support the POTENTIAL pitching (again, a reach, but possible) “strength”?….., how are we gonna handle being in a “playoff race” in this town?…..What’s that even LIKE?…It will be interesting to note if the fans will be able to handle a run like that…..-nah,..never mind!

    FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY IN THIS WORLD….Stop the insanity thinking that the Reds…or anyone in Cincinnati…will make it to the playoffs in my lifetime. My theory is proved once again…talk to me again mid-June when it’s mathematically impossible for the Reds to make the playoffs!!
